Day-1: September 1, 2026

Foundational Disciplines & Vision

The first day established core spiritual routines, emphasizing the importance of waking early for deep meditation (Amrit Vela) to build an unshakeable mindset, coupled with active mindfulness to maintain a continuous connection with the Divine throughout daily chores. Participants were urged to focus on local compassion by sharing peace within their immediate families before attempting to change the broader world. The sessions also highlighted the journey of personal transformation—unlearning toxic habits like anger and ego to achieve complete inner purity—and the cultivation of “Golden Sanskars,” which involves building core ethical values, integrity, and emotional intelligence fit for a utopian world.

Day 2: September 2, 2026

Karma, Vibrations, and Societal Transformation

Day two dove into the deep philosophy of action, teaching that every thought and deed carries a long-lasting karmic “domino effect,” making soul consciousness and vibrational responsibility essential for radiating peace into the environment. Through a practical workshop, participants actively visualized their local communities transforming into a “Golden Age” (Satyug)—a harmonious society so deeply rooted in holistic well-being and natural health that conflict-driven institutions like courts and hospitals naturally become obsolete. To solidify this utopian vision in the present, practitioners engaged in meditative walks, using positive visualization to continuously embody their most angelic and compassionate selves.

Day 3: September 3, 2026

Generosity, Communication, and Divine Mentorship

3rd day focused on refining interpersonal interactions and absorbing the highest spiritual teachings (Murli) to craft a divine character. Practitioners were guided to emulate the Divine’s unconditional mentorship by accepting others regardless of their past mistakes and cultivating a “Master Giver” mindset that proactively offers kindness without expecting anything in return. The retreat concluded with a strong emphasis on mindful communication, teaching that spiritual maturity is marked by using fewer but more impactful, truthful words to transform everyday chatter into a powerful tool for clarity and peace.

Shiv Smriti Upvan Inauguration

To support inner reflection and community connection, the Santosh Didi’s retreat emphasized the importance of building dedicated physical environments for peace.

This vision was realized with the inauguration of a new cottage at Shiva Smruti Upavan on August 29, 2026. Beautifully decorated under a bright sunburst, this new facility serves as an “Upavan” (garden or grove) dedicated to spiritual renewal and harmony
